Is it designed for women? No pouch

TL;DR: No proper pouch for male bulge.

The fabric and build quality are GREAT. The metal details add a little extra touch to it that makes you feel amazing. On the other hand, I'm wondering if this is like a unisex design, because it doesn't have a proper pouch. In the pictures, it seems like it does, but it doesn't really mold into the bulge. If I get a bit of a semi hard on, the pouch sort of tents and leaves a gap on the side.

The back side is stunning, tho. Molds really great to my glutes.
